Our clients wanted to extend their bungalow, to create new bedrooms for their growing family and approached us to design the new spaces and to help them obtain planning permission.
We designed a new first floor which created new bedrooms and a bathroom. As they also wished to rearrange their ground floor to create an open plan family space, we opened up the kitchen and relocated the utility room to form a bright new kitchen-diner.
They decided to project manage the build themselves and are delighted with the finished results. They said “We are finally settled and sorted and loving the house.
