The client wanted to return this HMO (House of Multiple Occupants) to its former glory, as a beautiful period property divided into more suitably sized apartments which are in high demand in Folkestone. We helped the client to produce planning drawings and gain Building Control Full Plans Approval which was particularly focussed on fire safety and acoustic isolation between the apartments. The result is three fantastic apartments that bring out the original character of the building, typical of the grand houses built during this period.
